如何判断可调电位器零阻不良?
1、用万用表确认零阻不良；
2、拆开产品，检查碳片表面有无刮伤，电刷有无变形，有无碳片开裂和端子松动现象，电位器观察电刷轨迹在起点和终点时是否停留在银层上；
3、电位器检测2端引出端至银层内圈最远点间阻值是否小于3Ω。
